Ramkrishna Charitable Trust has invested approximately ₹20 lakh toward developing the dialysis facility at Vijayshree Hospital, Jigani, including dialysis machines, an RO water plant and interior infrastructure.
During May 2024, the Trust worked with Kauvery Hospital, Electronic City, to take preventive healthcare into communities, apartments, workplaces, factories, hotels, malls, bus stands, old-age homes and areas beyond Bengaluru.

Ramkrishna Charitable Trust was formed in January 2020 to support kidney patients and families facing the medical, financial and practical challenges of long-term treatment.

Ramkrishna Charitable Trust began in January 2020 with a focus on supporting kidney patients who struggled to afford treatment and related care.
The Trust was formed by kidney specialists and individuals with lived experience of kidney disease. What began as direct financial support for patients has gradually expanded into dialysis assistance, medicines, transplant support, surgeries, accommodation, counselling, health screenings and community education.
The Trust now works with hospitals and healthcare partners to improve access to affordable kidney care while also supporting prevention and early detection.

A place to stay, close to care.
Two rented 1BHK guest houses near Kauvery Hospital offer accommodation for patients travelling from far away and their caregivers.
For stays lasting days, weeks or months, each home has a fully functional kitchen and essential amenities, available at a nominal charge.

The hospital provides staff, maintenance and operational support. The objective is to improve access to affordable dialysis.

Charitable dialysis unit with re-use dialysis available at ₹1,000 per session. The Trust bears the remaining ₹300 per patient.
Around 14 patients currently supported. Also involved in screening and awareness programmes.
